Do I need engineering drawings for a mezzanine or steel structure?
For load-bearing structures such as mezzanine floors, the design should come from a structural engineer. Send us the drawings if you have them. If you don’t, tell us what you need and we will advise on the next step.
How is the steel protected from rust?
Steel is cleaned and primed in our workshop, then painted. Ask us about other protection options for your project, especially for outdoor or coastal structures.
Do you install on site?
Yes. We deliver the fabricated parts and install them on site, using a crane for large sections.
Do I need a permit for a mezzanine or rooftop structure?
Rules depend on the property and its location. Check with your municipality or building owner before starting.
